Question:
Error message - not a valid Win 32 Application
Answer:
If you are installing or launching programs, the Error message is: "... not a valid Win32 application" can receive the following reasons:
1. your system has a virus. Check the computer with an updated virus scanner.
2. The download file is corrupt. Download the file again.
If possible, try, using a different source or use a different protocol (HTTP, FTP).
3. If you are using a download manager, try again without this utility.
4. Turn the option "Use proxy server" in Internet Explorer:
"Tools" - "Internet Options" - "Connections" - "LAN_Options"

Data Import
Question:
How do I import my old player data
Answer:
1. On the form "player" ,please click on the toolbar the arrow down.

2. in the opening file browser, you can select a previous player.mdb

3. Automatically you will see the existing players in Player.mdb You can select with
Double-click, simply arrow to the right or with a double arrow to the right (all)

4. By clicking on the down arrow the players becomes a new data Player number
in the existing database.
E-mail Account Setup

E-mail Account Setup
Answer:
For a valid e-mail account, you must provide the following information:
1. e-mail address like mustermann@tennis2000.org (you get it from us or your provider)
2. The outgoing server (SMTP received from your provider)
Outgoing server Tennis2000.org = smtp.1und1.de
3. SMTP port number, please set at 25
4. SSL Settings please set to out (not clicked)
5. User = your E-mail Address
6. The password which you also get from your provider, or from us
Before you can use your e-mail account you have to test by clicking the
Command button to "Test".
With the successful test, you can send and receive e-mails.
If you receive an error message so please check carefully the above data.
Question:
How can I deposit bank information and tax number
Answer:
Under Navigator - Settings - Accounting, you can insert your bank information
and tax ID number for your invoice.
Question:
Uploading Tennis2000 database on our server
Answer:
For service and support, you can upload your Tennis2000 database T2000_V5.mdb to our server.
Proceed as follows:
Click with the mouse anywhere on the Startup form, and then press simultaneously <Ctrl> and <U> button.
If you answer “yes” , your database will be uploaded to our support server.
Upon completion of the support work and database reloaded, we will promptly remove it.
If you click “no”, please activate the Navigator by clicking on the Navi-Border or go to
File – and click on Navigator.
Question:
I want to order the Licensenumber. How can i make the Payment?
Answer:
Go to Homepage Tennis2000 - make your Login. Click on "Registration and Payment"
Fill out the Form with all mandatory fields. Select the version for which you want the
License Key.

Enter the Product ID which can be found in your Demosoftware Tennis 2000
Navigator - Settings - Enter License Number .
Then select your desired mode of Payment and click on SUBMIT.
If you don’t have a PayPal account you can use as a PayPal guest your credit card
to pay for Tennis2000.

Enter your data here. Then click on "Review Order and Continue"
After Payment you will receive a confirmation e-Mail withe the License Number.
Go to your Program Tennis 2000 - Navigator - Settings - Enter License Number
Insert the Number into the field and click on "Check License Number and unlock Tennis 2000.

Note: Please do not change your Licensing data (Family Name, or E-Mail) after unlock
Tennis2000. The program goes back to Demo-Version.
